Sebastian - Senior Session

I first met up with Sebastian in the Fall for a few quick and easy yearbook portraits, with plans on reconvening in the Spring for a more extensive session in warmer weather. Well, we got the beautiful day, but not the warm temperatures. That’s okay! Sebastian was a pro, and toughed it out.

The Mars Railroad is a great location to get many different industrial backgrounds in a small area. The historical site has the old train station, a historic red caboose, and of course, the tracks!

We also took some neutral portraits in front of the garage. These images make a great addition to Sebastian’s senior gallery, which already included some great shots of him in North Park.

Sebastian is planning to study radiology in the Fall after his graduation from Ambridge. I wish him all the best!

Kaylee - Senior Session

It’s a rare opportunity when I am asked to do a senior session, as I tend to mostly photograph little ones, but every time I have the chance, I have the best time getting to know these kids on the brink of adulthood, and capturing their personalities. Kaylee, who is a senior at Pine Richland, was no exception.

Not only is she gorgeous, but she’s an artist. Like me, she sees the beauty in things like mossy bricks, a path in the woods, or an old antique yard ornament. With this in mind, she chose Little Human Photo Venue for her session location because of the Victorian-style greenhouse, the 1846 property, and all the little nooks and crannies hidden amongst it.

She looked stunning posing in the garden and near the pond.

Kaylee is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside. Her relationship with her brother Carson, has led her to consider a future working with special needs children, possibly using her amazing talent to work in Art Therapy.

I’m so excited for her and her lovely family as they embark on the next chapter of her life. Best of luck to you, Kaylee. Enjoy your senior year!
