LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

I hereby waive, disclaim and release Cute Moose Photography, LLC and its respective owners, members, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives from any and all actions, claims or demands that I may have now or in the future, whether known or unknown, against the Cute Moose Photography Parties, including without limitation those related to injury to or death of persons, or damage, loss or destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the photography session or any products related thereto.


INDEMNIFICATION:

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Cute Moose Photography, LLC Parties from all liabilities, losses, claims, costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs), damages or expenses of whatever nature that may result from injury to or death of persons, or damage, loss or destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the photography session or any products related thereto.


PARENT / GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS (Under 18 years old):

The undersigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or children participating in the photography session, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or children, to the terms of the accident waiver and release of liability set forth above. The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian.
